Duration:
The program lasts 8 to 12 weeks, with the exact length decided by the student and their mentor. To make the most of the experience, students must complete the project in person at the institute in Sofia, Bulgaria. Remote participation is not allowed. Students are required to stay in Sofia for at least 8 weeks, up to a maximum of 12 weeks, during the summer

Scholarship Value/ Inclusions for INSAIT Summer Research Fellowship
The Program Includes:
- Living Allowance: Participants will receive a monthly stipend of €1,500 to support their living costs.
- Housing: INSAIT will provide and cover the cost of accommodation for all students.
- Travel Support: All travel expenses will be fully covered by INSAIT.
- Visa Support: Assistance with visa applications will be provided to selected candidates.
- Summer Break: Fellows will enjoy a vacation period during the summer program.
Eligibility Criteria
- The INSAIT Bulgaria Summer Research Fellowship is open to applicants of all nationalities.
- Undergraduate students are eligible to apply.
- First-year undergraduate students are also welcome to apply.
- Applicants must be pursuing a STEM major, such as computer science, mathematics, physics, or engineering.
- A minimum GPA of 3.5 on a 4.0 scale is required.
