Scholarship Value/ Inclusions for La Trobe University Scholarships:

La Trobe University Scholarships offer the following benefits to recipients:
- Scholarship coverage extends up to 25% of tuition fees for the entire program duration.
- The awarded percentage is determined based on the Weighted Average Mark (WAM) and overall eligibility for the respective course.
- The scholarship details, including the awarded percentage, will be specified in the official offer letter.
WAM (Weighted Average Mark) determines the scholarship category and corresponding amount as follows:
- WAM 55-69.9: La Trobe University International Academic Scholarship – 15% scholarship on annual fees.
- WAM 70-74.9: La Trobe University International Merit Scholarship – 20% scholarship on annual fees.
- WAM 75 and above: La Trobe University International Excellence Scholarship – 25% scholarship on annual fees.
- A WAM is calculated as an average mark considering the credit point value of completed subjects in the course, based on the actual marks obtained in each subject at any given time.

Eligibility Criteria for La Trobe University Scholarships:

Required Language: Proficiency in English.
Eligible Countries: Citizenship from a country other than Australia or New Zealand.
Enrollment Status: Not currently enrolled in a La Trobe program.
Entry Requirements: Fulfill English language and academic entry criteria.
Fee Status: Must be a full-fee paying student.
Application Status: A new international student applying for the 2023/2024 intakes.
Program of Study: Applying to study an undergraduate or postgraduate coursework program at any La Trobe campus.
Academic Achievement: Meet course prerequisites and possess an equivalent to a Weighted Average Mark (WAM) of at least 55 percent or higher (Australian Equivalency).
