Tuition Free Universities in Finland: 

According to the study in Finland official website the tuition fee for non EU/EEA citizens has been introduced from 2017 autumn for Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree that are taught in English language. The PHD student’s tuition fee is free. The Finland Universities and UAS’s offer different scholarship for non-EU/EEA students for Bachelor and Master Degree program. EDUFI Fellowships are also available to cover the cost-of-living expenses for one academic year for PHD students.
