Eligibility Criteria:
The following eligibility criteria should be met:
- All international applicants are eligible except members of European member states.
- Applicant should not be a citizen of Romania at the time of applying for the Romania Government Scholarship Program.
- For undergraduate/ bachelor, and master degree programs, the student age must not be more than 35 years.
- For Ph.D. degree program, the student age must not be more than 45 years.
