Eligibility Criteria for IsDB Young Professionals Program:
- Education:
- 1- Hold a minimum Master’s degree in any discipline relevant to the Bank from a highly reputable University.
- 2- Candidates pursuing a Master’s degree are eligible if the degree will be awarded before the start date of the YPP Program.
- 3- Master’s degree should be obtained less than 4 years from the application deadline.
- Citizenship:
- 1- A citizen of an IsDB country.
- 2- Nevertheless, up to 25% of chosen candidates from each group may come from Muslim communities in non-member countries.
- Language:
- 1- Demonstrate outstanding verbal and written communication abilities in the English language.
- 2- A good command of one of the Bank’s other operating languages (Arabic or French) will be viewed favorably.
- Age:
- 1- Age should be less than 32 years.
- Location and Travel:
- 1- Be willing to live in Jeddah (Saudi Arabia).
- 2- Travel as needed for country assignments based on business requirements, including rotations to an IsDB Regional Hub.
