Eligibility Criteria for Yokohama University MEXT Scholarship:
The following eligibility criteria should be met:
- National of a country who have diplomatic relations with Japan
- The age limit is no more than 34 years
- Students should come to Japan to study
- Two Recommendations are required
- For Master’s and Ph.D. Degree Program, the applicant must have an excellent academic background
- For Master’s Degree Program, the applicant must have completed 4 years of undergraduate degree
- For Ph.D. Degree Program, the applicant must have completed a Master’s Degree program or bachelor’s degree program
- Applicant must be proficient in the English language and provide proof of proficiency with IELTS, and TOEFL.
