Requirement to Study in Japan:

1- No need of IELTS If you Are a Native Speaker:

If your native language is English or you have completed a previous degree in English language, you do not need IELTS for a Japanese scholarship application. You’ll need a copy of your passport and, in some situations, your birth certificate.

2- English Medium Proficiency Certificate:

You do not need to provide IELTS scores if you obtained your previous degree at an English medium institution. International Students can get admission on an English Proficiency Certificate which they can obtain from a previous university.
