#1 Undergraduate Scholarship / Merit Scholarship Program:
- Offers partial and full tuition fee waivers.
- Limited Accommodation may also be provided to full tuition fee waiver students.
- Students can avail of tuition fee waiver scholarships for a maximum of 4 semesters in the English Preparatory Program and for a maximum of 10 semesters in 4 – year undergraduate programs.
- Accommodation scholarships are also provided for 8 semesters.

Eligibility Criteria for Bilkent University Scholarships:
- All international applicants are eligible to apply for Bilkent University Scholarship.
- Students who want to pursue their education in undergraduate degree programs must have completed a high school degree.
- Students who want to pursue their education in master’s degree programs must have completed a bachelor’s degree.
- Students who want to pursue their education in Ph.D. degree programs must have completed a master’s degree.
- Students must have a 2.80/4.00 CGPA at the time of applying for the application.
- GRE General Test score is required: 153
