Eligibility Criteria for LSE Scholarship:

  • Must be an international student.
  • Completed Bachelor’s degree program.
  • Must be pursuing a Master’s Degree.
  • Scholarships vary annually, and a fund is allocated to offer Limited Means Awards (LMAs) for candidates ineligible for available scholarships due to specific criteria.
  • LMAs are employed to complement scholarships when the available funds are insufficient to cover the shortfall for eligible candidates.
  • Priority is given to individuals from low and middle-income countries, especially in cases where loans are unavailable or when these countries are underrepresented in other award schemes administered by the School.

  • If applying for two programs, please provide a separate statement of academic purpose for each program.
  • Submit your application for the chosen program following the guidelines on how to apply for graduate study at LSE.
