- Language Proficiency: Proficiency in English is required.
- Eligible Countries: Applicants from all countries around the world are welcome to apply.
- PhD Program Scholarships:
- Each PhD program may award either one 100% tuition fee scholarship or two 50% tuition fee scholarships.
- These scholarships are available to new international students and Turkish nationals separately.
- Applicants must hold a minimum Bachelor’s Degree with a CGPA of 3.00 out of 4.00 or its equivalent.
- Master’s Program Scholarships:
- Each master’s program can grant one 100% scholarship and two 50% scholarships.
- These scholarships are specifically for Turkish nationals who are enrolling in the program for the first time.
- Applicants must have a minimum Bachelor’s Degree CGPA of 3.00 out of 4.00 or its equivalent.
- Additional Scholarships: Furthermore, a significant number of 50% tuition fee scholarships are available for new international students enrolling in master’s programs.
- English Language Requirement:
- For master’s programs conducted in English and all PhD programs (both in English and Turkish), proof of English language proficiency is mandatory.
- If applicants do not possess a valid English language qualification meeting EMU requirements, their English proficiency will be assessed through an EMU examination.
- Based on this assessment, one of the following scenarios will apply:
- You will study English courses alongside your graduate program courses.
- You will commence with intensive English courses first (prior to beginning your graduate program), without concurrent graduate program courses.
- You may be exempt from the English Language Support Program and directly initiate your postgraduate studies.

Step 1: Begin by completing the application form.
Step 2: Prepare and provide the following documents as part of your application:
- Attested photocopies of your diplomas from a university or equivalent institutions (e.g., a 4-year bachelor’s degree). If these documents are in a language other than English, be sure to include English translations.
- An official transcript that lists all university-level (Bachelor/Master) courses you have taken. If the transcript does not provide a CGPA out of 4.00, include a comparative mark/grade table.
- Three letters of reference (Note: This requirement is not applicable for EMU graduates).
- Information about any previous applications for grants or scholarships (attach relevant documents).
- Documentation verifying your scores on English and academic proficiency exams/tests. Please note that this requirement does not apply to programs conducted in Turkish.
