Eligibility Criteria:

The following are the eligibility criteria for the Dalian University CSC Scholarship Program:

– All International applicants can apply.
– Chinese citizens can not apply.
– A candidate who wants to study for a Master’s Degree program must have a bachelor’s degree and the age limit is 35 years,
– A candidate who wants to study for a Ph.D. The degree Program must have a Master’s degree and the age limit is 40 years.
– If a student wants to study in the Chinese language, must provide with HSK Certificate,

1- HSK 4 180 or above for majors related to Science, Technology, Management, and Economics;
2- HSK 5 180 or above for majors related to Humanities Social Science, and Philosophy.

– If a student wants to study in English Taught Programs, then they must provide English Proficiency Certificates, for the TOEFL or IELTS transcript, the score must be 80 or higher, and the IELTS score must be 5.5 or higher
– Students who studied their last degree in the English Language can be provided with a Medium of Instruction Certificate.
– Students whose National language is English are exempted from taking any tests.
