Students who want to continue their studies in Ireland can now apply for the Government of Ireland International Education Scholarship (GOI-IES) 2026. This international scholarship supports international students who plan to study Master’s, Postgraduate Diploma, or PhD programs at universities in Ireland.
The program is jointly supported by the Irish Government and participating Irish higher education institutions. For the 2026 academic year, 60 students will be selected to study in Ireland for one academic year. The scholarship is open to students from all academic backgrounds, and classes will start in September 2026.
Students who are currently completing their bachelor’s degree can also submit an application. All candidates must apply online through an approved Irish institution before the closing date.

Scholarship Value/ Inclusions for Government of Ireland International Education Scholarship 2026
Students selected for the GOI-IES will receive the following support:

Annual Allowance: A payment of €10,000 to help with living and study expenses.
