Eligibility Criteria for the Malaysian International Scholarship 2025:
- 1- Must be a full-time Master’s or PhD student.
- 2- Enrolled in a Malaysian public or private university supported by MIS, with at least two semesters left before completing studies.
- 3- Applicants from developing and under-developed countries are welcome.
- 4- Age limit of 40 to 45 years at the time of application.
- 5- Master’s applicants need a CGPA of 3.0 or a 2nd-class upper honours degree.
- 6- PhD applicants require a CGPA of 3.0 or excellent academic results during their master’s degree.
- 7- Proficiency in English is necessary, with IELTS scores of 3.0 bands or higher, or TOEFL scores of 550 or higher.
- 8- Previous degrees should have been taught in English.
- 9- Submission of a research proposal of at least 1000 words.
