For the fully funded category, participants must be between 16 and 35 years old, while for the observer category, the minimum age requirement is 18 years. A valid passport is required for application; however, a national ID card may be accepted if a passport is not available. There is no need to provide IELTS or TOEFL scores, making the program accessible to a wider group of participants.
