Scholarship Value/ Inclusions for MTCP Scholarship in Malaysia 2025
- Full tuition fees for the entire study duration will be covered and paid directly to the university.
- A monthly allowance of RM3,500.00 will be provided to each selected student.
- An economy-class return air ticket will be included.
- Students will study in most prestigious universities of Malaysia.
Eligibility Criteria

Open to applicants from developing countries.
- Applicants must be 35 years old or younger at the time of application.
- A strong academic record is required, with a minimum of a Second Class Upper or a CGPA of at least 3.5 in the undergraduate degree.
- Proficiency in English is mandatory, demonstrated by a minimum IELTS score of 6.0, a TOEFL score of 60, or official documentation confirming that previous studies were conducted in English.
- Applicants must be in good health.
- Admission is limited to selected universities in Malaysia.
- Applicants must have offer letter from one of the eligible universities.
